Force-disable shipping widgets (e.g. Ingrid) on the current selection, so front-end partners control the migration to the Shipping Engine. This is an override flag, not a toggle between two active states: disabled: true forces shipping widgets off regardless of what plugin/market config would otherwise decide; disabled: false removes the override so their normal behavior applies.

Required operating mode : SESSION
